Our client is a fast-growing, consumer-focused PR agency. They are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join their team in London.
Key responsibilities
- Lead proactive media relations across national, lifestyle, and consumer press.
- Develop compelling story angles, seasonal news hooks, and product placement opportunities.
- Manage press office activity, including sample send-outs, media lists, and enquiries.
- Support social media content scheduling, community management, and engagement tracking.
- Produce clear and insightful weekly and monthly reports for clients.
- Maintain regular client contact, supporting senior team members in delivering strong relationships.
- Contribute to creative campaign development and support new business proposals.
- Write engaging press materials, including releases, features, and blog content.
The ideal candidate will...
- Have 2–3 years’ experience in consumer PR, ideally within an agency setting.
- Be a confident communicator with strong media contacts across lifestyle, consumer, and digital press.
- Have a proven track record in securing media coverage and building journalist relationships.
- Possess excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail.
- Have a good understanding of social media platforms and community management.
- Be organised, enthusiastic, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be a creative thinker, spotting opportunities and contributing innovative ideas to campaigns.
