Our client is a commerce media agency who use consumer behaviour to influence media planning. They use their rich data sets to create heavy hitting media campaigns. They offer flexible working and are looking for a Programmatic Manager to join their team! This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from their office in Central London.
Role Purpose
- As a Programmatic Manager, you will lead the programmatic trading team with oversight across all programmatic campaigns. You will help to build out the agency's programmatic strategy, as well as future-proofing their current offering.
- You will provide expertise and best practise insight into planning and optimising effective performance marketing campaigns across a range of eCommerce platforms and online retail environments.
- Drive forward digital investment across multiple client accounts and own relationships with third-party partners.
Core Activities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day trading activities of the programmatic trading team.
- Provide support and guidance to two programmatic executives.
- Contribute towards the agency's overall programmatic strategy, providing recommendations for innovations and future-proofing.
- Oversee pacing and performance of all campaigns managed by the team and implement QA process across all campaigns.
- Support client teams as in-house expert, when required, on client meetings or pitches.
- Own the end-to-end processes for the trading team, ensuring traders time is optimised.
- Be the programmatic expert within the agency and become the go-to person for queries and knowledge.
- Work together with programmatic executives to produce best in class brief responses and post-campaign analysis sessions.

- Stay on top of industry trends and news and ensure the agency stays ahead of the market.
Strengths, Skills & Competencies
- Experience using advertising platforms to set-up, manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns. In-platform experience required.
- Ambitious and proactive in your approach, looking to accelerate the growth of the group by being able to create and/or improve processes whilst also working within a fast-paced nature.
- Strong data analysis ability.
