Our client is a small but growing consumer lifestyle agency in the heart of London. It is one of PR Week's agencies to look out for and they offer hybrid working and great benefits. We are recruiting an Account Executive who already has some press office experience. You must have consumer experience also, even as an intern.

Responsibilities
Client Management

Maintain clear and consistent communication with the senior team regarding workload and tasks.

Take minutes and action items during client meetings, sharing them promptly.

Produce client materials of the highest standard, ensuring they are error-free and delivered before deadlines.

Monitor KPI trackers and media leads, promptly updating the team on progress and potential delays.
Relationship Building
- Develop strong relationships with junior clients where applicable.

Build and leverage relationships with creatives to enhance client campaigns.

Negotiate and liaise effectively with suppliers, venues, and staff to deliver high-quality plans.

Establish yourself as a valuable team member in the eyes of clients, contributing meaningfully to their campaigns.
Reporting

Deliver client reports (daily, weekly, quarterly) on time and without errors.

Actively participate in the analysis and evaluation of campaigns.
Finance

Assist in creating accurate program cost budgets and ensure that all costs are tracked accurately.
Communication
Media Relations
- Ensure correct materials are distributed and represent clients accurately in all communications.
- Maintain and expand your knowledge of the media landscape, staying informed of the latest trends.
- Convert media knowledge into actionable insights.
- Contribute to the creation of effective media tactics to secure coverage for campaigns.
- Keep media lists up to date and actively expand your media contacts.
- Book media meetings to grow your journalist network and share opportunities with the wider team.
- Foster an environment that encourages the growth of media contacts within the agency.
- Secure top-tier coverage for campaigns through proactive efforts.
Influencer Relations
- Stay informed about the influencer landscape and trends, broadening your knowledge of key influencers across various verticals.
- Leverage this knowledge to inform solid influencer strategies for campaigns.
- Contribute to creative briefs for influencer collaborations.
- Work alongside influencers to ensure the team achieves on-brand paid content.
Writing
- Produce effective written assets for campaigns, including press releases, Q&As, toolkits, and email copy.
- Fully understand and adhere to the client's tone of voice, delivering brand-appropriate, error-free content.
Team Management
- Show enthusiasm and skill in mentoring AAEs and interns, as needed.
Creativity
- Keep the team informed of industry news, media moves, and cultural trends.
- Demonstrate creative thinking in campaign development and execution.
- Seek innovative solutions to client brand challenges.
