We are industry insiders, not career recruiters. We have hired our own teams, built our own networks, and know the difference between a CV that looks good and a candidate who actually is.
Our team has held senior roles in marketing, digital, communications and sales. We understand your world: the pressures, the skill gaps, the culture before you have even briefed us.
Every candidate comes with a full picture: strengths, development areas, team fit. Everything you would want to know if you were hiring yourself. No stack of CVs and good luck.
Every candidate gets feedback. Every client commits to responding within seven days of meeting someone we introduce. We think that is the bare minimum. Apparently it is rare.
Send us a job brief, even a rough draft. We will get together properly, not just a quick call, to understand the role, the team and what good actually looks like for you. We agree a timeline that works. Most searches take around two weeks but we move fast when you need us to.
We go to our network first. We know who is open to a move, who is worth approaching, and who would be a great fit before they have even applied. If the right person is not in our database, we go and find them.
Here is where we do things differently. We interview every candidate ourselves. Then you choose how you want to assess them:
This is where you take over and we make it as easy as possible. We coordinate diaries, prep both sides and coach on interview technique if it is useful. We often recommend a second stage task so you can see candidates in action.
Most of the time it is straightforward. When it is not, counter offers, competing opportunities, we have navigated it all before and we will guide you through it.
I probably progress 85 to 90% of the candidates Suze puts forward and consistently hire from her shortlist. I consider Suze more of an ally than a recruiter.Chris Falconer, CCO, McCann Worldgroup
